Lebron set a new NBA record Tuesday night by becoming the first player to record 30 points and shoot 60% in six straight games. Lebron was quoted as saying he was at a loss for words and that he was humbled by all the praise he has been receiving.
None the less, the heat are in line to win their second consecutive NBA championship and there are few that would argue against Lebron as the MVP. I for one have no issues with the heat, they are the best team in the league. No one is stopping them, only they can stop themselves. The scary thing is, I think they know that and so does every other team in the league. The only team the Heat struggle with is Indiana and they haven't been a great road team. But as some of those role players start to play better, so will the heat.
Spoelstra should rest Lebron at some point soon. No point in burning the guy out in February and March.
