Sacramento Approves Plan For Downtown Arena

City Council has approved a $448 million dollar Arena for the Sacramento Kings to keep the team in the city. It appears that this will allow the team to avoid leaving and being purchased by a Seattle based group who would like to return the team to Seattle.

I hope it happens but I doubt this will help the team that much. The good old days of Mike Bibby, Chris Webber, Vlade Divac, and Peja Stojakovic are long gone.
