Gregg Williams Asked Players To Injure Opposing Coaches?

Gregg Williams has been Vilified for Bounty's on Players. Did he also put Bounty's on Coaches? 

According to a report in The Times-Picayune, Joe Vitt testified that Gregg Williams also placed bounties on assistant coaches of the opposing team. If this is true, then it adds another devastating blow to Williams reputation and career  We all know players put bounty's on other players, its been around longer than steroids. But even this is a little much, I get Williams is the fall guy in this whole scheme but this story needs to end. 

Most likely this occurred once or twice when there was an opposing coach who Williams absolutely detested. But it's still wrong and even Joe Vitt denied that the players actually carried out such heinous acts. 

He was quoted as saying," If our players went out and performed what came out of Gregg Williams' mouth, and it went from his lips to their ears, and then it went to the performance, we would have people in jail right now ma'am"

Lets hope Bounty-Gate is over for good, I know I'm tired of hearing about it.

Marquee NY completed its renovation and is looking to dominate the densely populated NYC club scene. Marquee redesigned their club and upgraded all the technology in the place. I can only imagine how incredible the sound system is. I am looking forward to partying here for a long time to come.

Super Sunday: Not So much for LeBron James

Superbowl Sunday isn't as much fun when you have to work. Just ask Lebron.

The Super Bowl is this coming Sunday and Lebron James isn't happy about having to play a game on super sunday. 

He was quoted as saying; " How Disgusting is that?" 

He also went on to say that he would stay the entire weekend if the cowboys made it to the Super Bowl. I guess Lebron will have to catch the game on his DVR after they destroy Toronto.

Avicii Hotel set to Open during Miami Music Week

Miami Music Week will feature an Avicii Hotel

Avicii is taking his Miami Music Week activities to another level. This year the global superstar and his management group have taken over the Marlin Hotel on 12th and Collins Avenue. They are going to create the ultimate Avicii experience, everything from hand towels to bath soaps will be Avicii themed.

My thoughts on this are not going to surprise you. This is about the dollars. People who know nothing about house music rushing down to South Florida to stay in "Avicii's Hotel". Give me a break; I get people will pay for it, but this is too much even for me.

Anyway, Miami Music Week is less than 2 months away. 

EDC NYC Returning in 2013 to Citi Field

EDC NYC is back again and this time it's actually in NYC. 

EDC is bringing its circus back to NYC again and this time they are truly in New York. Last year the event was held in NJ at the Meadowlands. There bringing the event to Queens. Im assuming they will bring the usual cast of DJ's and producers, which should make this year a great event.

I attended last years EDC and the one gripe I had about it was the setup. One of the big attractions to this event is the carnival theme and I felt like Vegas did a great job at adhering to that theme. EDC NYC (or NJ for my Jersey folk) didn't do as great of a job. None the less, Im sure they will bring out all the stops for this years event. 

Tickets go on sale on February 8th.

Entourage the Movie will become a reality some time in the near future. This is no surprise considering how popular the show was. I pray it doesn't suck, I'v watched this show since the beginning and would hate to see it fail at the box office. Then again, give me a bunch of scenes with some fresh Hollywood Tail and my girl Sloan and we can call it a day.

Super Bowl Media Week: A Time for Trash Talk

Randy Moss Stirred Up Some Super Bowl Media Week Drama with his claim as the Greatest Receiver of all Time.

Superbowl Media Week is a great time of year. I love how much trash talk comes out of both sides, regardless of whether the individuals doing the talking have any relevancy in the game itself. It's always bad when the kicker starts running his mouth but this week has been pretty interesting. Randy Moss came out and told the world he thinks hes the best receiver to ever play. Remarkable, considering that this is the same guy who most people will agree is incredibly talented but somewhat of a cancer in the locker room.  Even, when the dude is getting the ball he's still pissed off at his OC, his QB, and most likely himself. 

But this is extremely interesting because I highly doubt if it wasn't Superbowl media week that Moss would of said this. He knows what his numbers are and he knows Jerry Rice's as well. He doesn't compare statistically at all and honestly, if your the best, then you don't need to make that claim. Your play will justify it. But that's Media Week for you, people just can't get enough. I think this is more Moss realizing this is his last chance to truly shine, if he comes out and plays big people might actually give him that title. He definitely wouldn't have a hard time getting a job next year and his endorsements would increase. So this is more of financial strategy than anything. 

I will say this, the guy in his prime could flat out play and no one wanted to match up with him one on one. I hope he gets a ring this weekend, it will be one hell of a show if he scores.

Guess Again: MLB has another PED Scandal...Or does It?

Will Steroids & Sports ever be free of one another? No. And that's not the Players fault.

Today brought about another chapter in the Performance enhancing drugs saga. But what's different about today's story is that no one tested positive or is suing for damage done to their "name". No, today's news matters because MLB brought this on themselves. When MLB was forced to testify in front of congress, they promised to implement certain investigative tactics to keep the Juice out of the game. Hence, "The Department of Investigation". This isn't a government agency, this MLB's own unit of investigators. 

They decided to do more than just implement rules and punishments  They wanted to show the world they are going to every extent to get players to stop using. But the issue here is they continue to throw these players under the bus and for what? Because there's a ton of money at stake and no one wants to downgrade from a Ferrari to a fiat. So the people in power keep throwing these guys under the bus. And usually, its guys who have been around. Most people forget that a big gripe during the first few years of testing was that no "big name superstars" got caught using. Then all of the sudden the Mitchell report comes out and everyone was on the list. It was a a nightmare. But not for Major League Baseball.

They got their money, the game was more popular than ever, and they didn't give a rats ass about these guys. The players are the fall guys and the owners throw them away like yesterdays leftovers. I understand the players got paid too. They profited and this is the price they have to pay. They sold their soul, their dignity and their legacy for millions.  Most of us would have too though. That's why I think its unfair to make such a big deal about it. These guys are grown men playing a children's game. There are more important things in life than sports and that's coming from a sports fanatic.

So lighten up people and enjoy the game. That's it's whole purpose. To entertain all you lazy, fat fuck wannabees.  

Tomorrowland Announces Phase 1 Lineup: More to Come

Tomorrowland is one of those must go to experiences for House lovers everywhere.

Tomorrowland has begun announcing its Phase 1 lineup for this year. No surprise that all the big names will be there, as well a ton of new upcoming producers. This festival is more than just another concert, its an unbelievable experience. For those who haven't heard of the event, its hosted once a year during the summer in Belgium  Check out the 2012 after movie video below to see what all the fuss is about.

Rondo Out For Year With Torn ACL

Rajon Rondo will miss the remainder of the regular season with a torn ACL. Huge blow to the Celtics who will now be left with nothing more than several aged core players, turning the Celtics into guaranteed sellers at the deadline. This will affect them this year and into next, seeing how recovery time for ACL injury's take about a year.  I wish Rondo the best, its going to be a long road back for an incredibly talented and explosive player.

Who should the Celtics go out and trade for? Anyone thinking Dwight Howard? I guess will we shall see. Let us know what you think, throw out your trade possibilities.
